Brief:
INDECOPI is the institution in charge of Peru´s patent programs and works closely with various institutions in the country in order to promote intellectual property development. They felt that their program and supporting communications strategies were not sufficient and recognized that it needed to make some changes to better promote the patent program on a regional level.


Market analysis and brand creation
We conducted a thorough investigation in three of Peru´s major regions in order to understand the key concerns, problems, and ideas that prevented people from using the patent network. The results of this study were complemented by a deep analysis of search data. Our intention was to spot additional insights and discover new ideas that could pave the way to better strategies.
Our team was able to integrate all the information in order to develop the strategic components that were used to create the program´s new brand identity and marketing strategies.
